A life dedicated to Human Expansion 

My name is Chiqui Arregui. I am a global Venezuelan citizen who has lived in six countries and worked internationally for almost 30 years. As a trained anthropologist and coach, I bring a deep understanding of people, cultures, identities, and human potential. The world is my oyster, and home is wherever I live. I am also the proud mother of two extraordinary humans.

For as long as I can remember, I have been driven by a passion for people, inclusion, and human expansion. For decades I expressed that purpose through international development and social sustainability. More recently, through my own evolution, I discovered a second calling: coaching — a space where my training, experience, intuition, and global perspective come together to support powerful transformation. This led me to create Coaching for Human Expansion, the expression of my life’s work and the philosophy that guides everything I do.

Today, I work with premium clients who are ready to elevate their personal or professional lives and are willing to do the inner work required to create extraordinary results. My coaching helps successful individuals from diverse backgrounds reconnect with themselves, realign their direction, deepen their clarity, and step into a more expansive version of their lives. Many of my clients — though not all — have an international background and include globally mobile professionals, expatriates navigating transitions, and individuals who live or work across countries and cultures.
